2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and total weight of your order. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options within Canada and to select international destinations.

 


 

3. Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Some international and economy shipping methods may not include tracking.

 


 

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and to select international countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to inquire about possible accommodations.

 


 

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after the order has shipped. Delivery timelines vary by destination, shipping method, and carrier performance.

 


 

6. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Story Seed Press is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipment fees may apply.
